There are two major airports convenient to Live! By Loews Arlington, TX: Dallas/Ft. Worth International Airport (DFW) is located approximately 10-12 miles and 17-20 minutes away.

The hotel offers a fitness center located on the 3rd floor and is available 24/7 with key card access. Equipped with state-of-the-art Techno Gym strength-building and cardio machines, including Peloton Bikes.
There is a jogging route across from the hotel in Richard Greene Linear Park. There are two different routes: Blue is 1.34 miles and Red is .63 miles for a total of roughly 2 miles. For a copy of the route map, contact your conference manager or Guest Services.
Flights will be covered when booked through the personalized Egencia link provided by email or through FROSCH. ThreatDown will cover your travel to and from Dallas. Please refer to the T&E Policy Guidelines to remind yourself of traveling guidelines.

Ground transportation will be covered for transportation between the airport and hotel.
If you extend your stay outside of SKO approved dates, you will be responsible for covering all expenses related to the extra days.

Lyft and Uber are the most cost effective way to get from the Airport to the hotel and vice versa, with a fare of $25 to $30 dollars.
Taxis are on standby at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW), offering service to and from Live! By Loews Arlington, TX for an approximate fare of $35 each way, depending on traffic conditions. Standard taxis can accommodate up to four people. Travel time is approximately 25 minutes (14 miles).

Sales Kickoff is for the sales organization, including the new business team, the retention team, solution engineers, revenue operations, supporting marketing personnel, and our executive leadership guests.
The dress code is business casual for sessions, with cocktail attire for our awards dinner.
For our welcome reception, dress with a western flair, if you choose. I encourage you to bring something warmer as we will be outdoors.
